The farm we now call Finca Don Andrés first came to life in the 1950s, when Don Remigio planted the earliest coffee trees and began caring for the land with dedication and heart. For many years, the farm didn’t carry an official name—just the quiet legacy of a family working in harmony with the land. When we took over in 2023, we stepped into that legacy with gratitude and a hope to continue what he began.
What started with Don Remigio’s love for good coffee has grown into a more diverse, nature-forward project. Today, we focus on cultivating crops that care for the soil, thrive organically, and stay true to the rhythms of the land. Everything we grow reflects our respect for the environment and the wisdom shared by the people who tended these fields long before us.
